Join Amy in a 90 minute practice dedicated to Forearm Stand, or Piñcha Mayūrāsana.
In this workshop-style offering, we dive deep into the foundations of Forearm Stand; on the journey toward a confident and safe Piñcha practice. Supported by a targeted warm-up and an interactive posture clinic, we’ll use props, physical assists and collaborative partner-work to find a version of Forearm Stand for every level of practitioner.

An established asana practice and/or confidence in basic asana postures is recommended.
