How does booking work?
New client inquiries: Use the form to share your details. I will reach out to you to set up a call to make sure we are a fit, and to collect further relevant information for our work together.
Do you offer sliding scale or payment plan options?
Yes - I have a limited number of sliding scale time slots available plus payment plan options for packages. Mention this in your message and we can most likely work it out.
Where do yoga & training sessions take place?
For in person sessions in NYC, we can meet at my home studio in Harlem, at your apartment, or a studio or gym you have access to. I can also book space or guest you into my gym upon request; fees vary and may be added to the session price. Share any preferences in the “message” field.
Virtual sessions take place on Zoom.
When do yoga & training sessions take place?
I take clients Tuesdays-Saturdays; available times will vary. Share your general availability in the “message” field.
Can I book a regularly recurring session?
Yes - leave me a request when you message and I’ll set you up! Frequency is up to you - I have clients who see me at the same time weekly or biweekly, etc. and others who just book when they can.
