Asana means the physical yoga shapes that stretch and strengthen your body; it is one element of the Indian mind-body-spirit system of Yoga. Private sessions are tailored to you. From restorative yin to chair yoga to sweaty vinyasa, I develop sequencing that addresses your needs, leaving space to co-create intuitively. Regardless of style or intensity, sessions are informed by traditional, therapeutic postures linked with breath (pranayama) in an energetic alignment that helps balance your nervous system and calm your mind.

strength training 1:1
Pick up heavy things, put them back down, feel badass. I leave diet culture at the door and bring effective programming, support, and hopefully some fun to each session. We can work on general strength or target your specific performance goals, while using progressive overload to build over time. Strength training can positively influence not just muscle but heart health, bone density, joint structure, posture, and more, preventing injury and helping you do what you do better and longer, all while flooding you with happy brain chemicals.

In person strength training or yoga privates range from $100-150 per session depending on location. Virtual sessions are $100 per session or $950 for a ten pack. Sliding scale and payment plan options available upon request.

For in person sessions in NYC: we can meet at my home studio in Harlem, at your apartment, or a studio or gym you have access to. I can also guest you into my gym or rent space; rental fees vary and may be added to the session price.
Virtual sessions take place on Zoom.

I work Tuesdays-Saturdays; available session times will vary. Share your general availability and preferences in your booking inquiry. Frequency is up to you - some clients see me at a recurring time and others book session to session.
