Nope - drop ins are welcome any time and although some clients come every week, others will just drop in when they can! We will progress skills over time - it takes consistency to build strength - but I will break down every exercise in each class so you’ll be totally supported if it’s your first time.

Girl Group Training is designed for women and those across the gender spectrum desiring a supportive space to train away from cis het male dominated weight rooms - in other words, this is for the girls. gays and theys - if that describes you in any way, you’re invited.

Like most independent trainers, I have a firm no refund policy - however, you are welcome to transfer your class booking to the following weeks class.

Prior to class, all participants must use Solace’s ClubReady system to create an account and sign a waiver (included in your confirmation email). In the case of any injuries or conditions, you should be cleared by your doctor to strength train. Wear flat shoes and comfortable clothes to move in, remove jewelry, and bring water.
