I believe every person deserves to be at home in their body - and I understand how stress, trauma, life - can make us feel like we’re not. I’m here to support humans of all backgrounds in reclaiming their home - their unique, magical body - through individualized mindful movement.

I’m passionate about helping people step into their strength - and under a barbell - through empowerment and education. We focus on how it feels, not how it looks. We put mind to muscle and explore the “why.” We move to celebrate our magic. Whether heavy lifting or restful recovery - a movement ritual can be so much more than just a workout. As your body gets stronger, more balanced, more connected - you can also process emotion, build resilience, and heal.
